You may find that this is a convenient way to help you spread the cost of your pets routine, preventative healthcare over the course of a year.

For other procedures and surgeries, often costs can vary depending on the individual circumstance, so please don’t hesitate to enquire, as we are always happy to prepare estimates of costs once having assessed your pet and their individual needs.

Sometimes a pet’s diagnostic work-up or treatment course will need to deviate from the original plan and so costs may change but we will always endeavour to keep you up-to date with the ongoing care of your pet and costs to you whilst they are staying with us.

We would always recommend pet insurance as you never know what potentially could happen.

Pets get ill just as people do as well as having accidents. With advances in medicine and surgery fortunately we are able to do so much more for our patients and so costs can quickly mount up. Pet insurance is a way you can prepare for such unforeseen circumstances and so mean you do not have the additional worry of cost when providing gold standard veterinary care for your beloved pet at an already worrying time.

All pet insurances differ depending on the pet and the level of cover required and so we urge you to read the small print on your policy. We are of course, always here to answer any question you may have about pet insurance.

Unfortunately, we are unable to do direct claims and require payment at the time of treatment unless otherwise discussed and agreed with the practice owner Nicky Gurrin.
